Stop trying to figure this out all by yourself and instead follow the lead of someone who’s already figured out how to achieve the confidence you want so badly as a stroke survivor. You know where you’ll be in a year if you choose to do nothing, but there’s no telling how far you’ll go in life with another stroke survivor and expert coach by your side, guiding you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to change your life, I invite you to take the first step toward a bigger, brighter tomorrow.  Book a free “Moving Forward Discovery Call” with me now, and let’s chat about my one-on-one coaching program. You may be asking yourself:

How much does one-on-one coaching cost? My hourly rate fluctuates, depending on your needs. Starting at $125/hr, However, I usually recommend purchasing a coaching package of up to six months, so you make a commitment to both me and yourself. Packages start at $2,000 and range up to $5,000.  But let’s discuss your needs and your situation. I’m usually flexible when there are major financial concerns.

Do you offer online, self-paced coaching?  I realize structured, scheduled one-on-one coaching doesn’t work for everyone’s schedule and/or budget, so I’ve developed a self-paced online course designed to take 10-12 weeks. You have to be self-disciplined enough to follow the course and make it work for you. This course is $199, and includes the worksheets and assignments I use with my one-on-one coaching clients.  Click here to get started. You’ll also get video tutorials and inspiring content from me to help keep you on-track.

Do you offer a money-back gaurantee?  Once my time and services are rendered, I don’t give refunds. My time is valuable and limited, and I restrict the number of clients I commit to so I can give them my full and undivided attention. However, I will do everything to make it right if you aren’t satisfied with my program. As long as you put in the work and stay committed, I know you’ll be delighted with the results!

Do you accept insurance? No. Unfortunately, health insurance only pays for “medically necessary treatments,” and sessions with life coaches are not covered under any circumstance. Life coaches are not licensed therapists. Also, life coaching is different from psychotherapy, and never intended to treat a psychiatric diagnosis.

Do you have a payment plan? I’m happy to structure a payment plan that meets your needs and budget. Let’s chat about your circumstances.

What forms of payment do you accept? I accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal or a direct bank payment. I can also accept cash and checks, but prefer the other options.

For many female stroke survivors, the idea of living her best life now is a fantasy. The hopes, goals, and dreams she once had have become distant memories as she’s settled for far less than she wanted. Several years ago, I realized I was one of these women.

I found myself mentally hitting rock bottom after my post-stroke anxiety (PSA) and post-stroke depression (PSD) had my brain in knots. I had three wonderful children and a husband who adored me, but I wouldn’t have described my life as fulfilling after my strokes. For more than a year, I wasn’t able to work in my chosen profession and I had an identity crisis. I didn’t know who I was if I wasn’t a successful public relations professional and a healthy, active, “normal” woman. And I wanted a way out.

After considering taking my own life one dark and lonely night—even AFTER the Universe had seen fit to let me survive two strokes—I decided things had to change. Through a process of self-discovery, trial and error, and pain and perseverance, I unlocked a version of myself that I knew was inside, but didn’t know how to access. Step by step I built the new life I imagined, a life full of new adventures, excitement, and joy. I became the best version of myself, and dedicated the rest of my life to showing other women how to do the same. after surviving a stroke.

After speaking to multiple stroke support groups, both in-person and online, I realized so many people were struggling with the same mental health roadblocks I had, and that nearly everyone was searching for their new, post-stroke purpose and positive way forward. I felt an intense connection with them, especially the strong women I met along the way.

That’s when I knew I was being called to be their guide, their coach, and their cheerleader. I decided to focus on helping women, since we face a unique set of confidence challenges and put far too much pressure on ourselves. I knew I could use the lessons I’d learned through my own journey to help other women overcome the obstacles holding them back. But I didn’t want to approach this mission without the proper training. So I received professional coaching certification to get the training and expertise required to truly help other women reclaim their confidence and live their legacies after their strokes.

My “Confidence After Crisis” program focuses on helping you find and fortify your confidence and continue growing, learning, and living life to the fullest. We’ll set goals and timelines, and I’ll be here as your accountability partner every step of the way!
